In asset submission page the description box allows up to 10,000 characters.
BUT the counter counts the HTML tags and everything that is not pure text.
Therefore if I want to add links, colors or formats I’m running out of characters fast!
This didn’t happen on Unreal Marketplace and not on other stores I sell my assets.
As a result I had to cut my description dramatically, improvising in different ways and giving up on using colors.
This is clearly a bug that should be fixed. 10,000 characters should count ONLY the text.
Please fix it.
Thanks in advance.

I’m selling my assets on 3 other sites: Unity, Gamedev Market and itchio.
In all of them I use the same text with the same customization of bold, underline, hyperlinks, dotted list etc etc.
Non of them have this issue and I’m able to insert all my text as I want to.
Oh!
And here’s another point - I migrated my assets from Unreal Marketplace.
I did NOT have these issues on Unreal Marketplace.
Yep. Same text, same features, less characters on FAB causing me to re-edit some of my assets (the bundles basically) and improvise in all sort of weird ways (like referring to a youtube playlist instead of individuals sample videos).
Very annoying.
So, either 10k characters is not enough,
Or html code is counted as well.
