DerivedData Error multiple times

When i open or compile and run standalone game in editor it keeps poppin up. Last days it never appear, until today. It drives me crazy to “delete” that file and then it runs normally, for some time.

it started to happen when i integrated steam (works normally - even when the crash happens (game) i see at right bottom steam). What can this cause?
