Depth and masks failed to export

trying to export depth and masks but when i click on the button to export in couple of seconds it shows faild massage on screen. help me with this.

From what kind of model are you trying to export (Preview or Normal)?

Can you try create Normal detail model and then export masks?

I have the same issue and even creating the Normal Detail version doesn’t make a difference.

Does anyone have a solution please?

Hello Keith, can you add there more information?
Which version are you using? what are your export settings? Are you able to export something else? Where are your data saved?

Hi, I updated via the Epic Games Launcher so Im assuming it must be the latest version (it says 1.5.0.118050 RC - is that the latest?

I’m not even getting to the export settings. When I click the Depth and Masks button it’s saying:

File not found

Error parsing ‘depthnormalmaskimage.xml’

I appreciate the help with this!

Just closed down RC and reopened my file and now it’s giving me export settings. So hopefully is working now. Will report back if it isn’t
