Dependency Walker 2.2 x64 doesn't work in Win10

Today I installed Epic Games Launcher and get a 0xc000007b code. I google the answer here:

However, when I follow the instruction and run the depends.exe，I get nothing

And there is no Log.txt in the folder.

I tried every method that others may meet in the answers, such as backup the dll and reinstall DX but it doesn’t work.I will appreciate everybody who can give me some tips to fix it.

I think the image is not clear enough, so I type the command here:

depends.exe /c /f:1 /pb /pp:1 /pg:1 /ot:Log.txt “C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win32\EpicGamesLauncher.exe”

I think I found the solution.

With this tool, I get that XINPUT1_3.dll is error for my computer. So I backup it and install the newest DirectX and it works.
