Dell XPS 17, with GeForce RTX 3050 goes to 100% GPU on an empty project.

When opening Twinmotion for Revit 2022.2.3 on my Dell XPS 17 it emmediatly starts using 100% of the GPU.

This is the specific laptop on Amazon Dell XPS 17

Can i fix this with settings?

Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community and this is not expected. Is you laptop connected to a power source?

Does the issue also happen with Twinmotion 2023.1 Preview 1?

If the problem is still happening please create a dxdiag file.

Then contact us directly by reporting a bug here and provide the file and details on the problem:

Hello

Thank you for your reply.

The laptop is connected to a docking station, so connected to a power source.

I have not tried the 2023.1 preview 1 yet so can't tell.

We have found out that by setting the "VSync" to "Activate✅️" it does not have this problem anymore and works like a charm.

Ofcourse when filling the project with all kind of objects it starts taking more, but this does make sense.

I think it is solved then.

Kind regards,

Jordy
