I think you over-deleted! 
Hey there @anmol464! This bug usually occurs when there’s an issue during asset deletion. It’s usually a fluke, but when it’s not it can be mitigated by deleting less assets at once. I’d recommend backing your project up before deleting large portions as well just in case errors like this occur, sometimes stopping the process can result in data corruption.
