I’m unable to delete the landscape layers (grass, soil, snow) in the landscape editor is there a way to do this?

The recommended way to do it is to remove the layers from your material first.
After that the landscape editor offers the ability to delete the layers.
And after that you can delete the layer info assets from the content browser if you wish.

Ah ok, thanks for that Gareth, but say I’ve created a snow environment with a specific set of layers and I then want to change the landscape to a sandy one that uses a different material, what’s the recommended way of doing this.
I was thinking if I pointed the landscape material to the new “sandy” material I would be able to delete the previous layers that relate to a now obsolete material?
