There was a livestream recently that talked about moderation.
They talk more about IP moderation though.
I think the official response would be something along the lines of “You can report islands”
I look at those images and all I see is a bomber-plane with a crocodile head and a shark wearing sneakers. (Insert “am I so out of touch” meme here? 
)
It’s an interesting question though. At what point does an image cross the line into “Intolerance and Discrimination” (Section 1.3)
As a counter-point - if I showed you an image of Pepe the Frog - are there any connotations that exist in your mind? At what point is a meme so pervasive that it is reasonable to assume that the connotations should exist in most people?
