Hi! I accidentally removed _externalActors and _externalObjects folders and now all the levels are empty. Is there some workaround except for data recovery?

Unfortunately, unless you were using version control (or if you are lucky enough to have not emptied your recycle bin and restore the assets from there and have them work) there is not another solution that I am aware of.
