Deleted Assets Return on Build and Client Restart Open World Streaming Map

I’m encountering an issue with my open world streaming map in Unreal Engine. I’ve placed some character blueprints in the map, but now when I try to delete them, they keep reappearing after I rebuild or restart the client. I’ve ensured that the assets were deleted and saved the project, but every time I restart or rebuild, the blueprints respawn in the same locations. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can permanently delete the assets? Any help would be appreciated!
