Delay for translator not working

I setup 2 Translators with differents starting delays, but the 2 objects start at the same time, 1 sec after the beginning of the video

Is this Bug normal/still unresolved?
Does anyone has an idea and/or solution

If I remember correctly, the delay is in fact a pause duration between two loops; it is not used to time the first loop occurrence. It is a known limitation, and there are plans to update this behavior.
