Delay and grid snapping 4.4.3

Hello, I am hoping this is a setting problem.

I get an annoying delay every time I do something in the editor 4.4.3. And grid snapping is not working.

Should I go back to an older version? If so can I take my BSP with me?

Turned off Update BSP Automatically

Don’t like snap to grid because it works when it wants to.
