Hello! I just started to figure out sound in Unreal and encountered the following problem:
When playing the file from the content browser or Sound Cue, it sounds worse than from a DAW or any player. The highs and lows are missing, and it sounds like an mp3 at 96 kbps.
I am importing a 16/48 mono file into UE 5.5.3 empty project.
The CompressionQualityModifier for the Windows platform is set to <0>,
the Default Audio Compression Type in project settings is set to PCM,
and attenuation and any other processing are turned off.
What did I miss?..
