Degenerate Tangents

I get the following error when importing from a DAE converted file in 3DS Max to Unreal Engine. Can anyone tell me what it means and how to correct it?

FrontTower has degenerate tangent bases which will result in incorrect shading. Consider enabling Recompute Tangents in the mesh’s Build Settings.

I’m having the same problem only with some of my models, not all. Even one of my models wasn’t having this problem but then it started showing the same error. Can anyone help with this?
