Done this before without any issuse, input licenses and use define distance.
This time, instead of a measurement I get -1.#Jm
The only thing I am doing different is using a Phantom 4 RTK rather than a Phantom 4 Pro
Please try to open RealityCapture as clean install. Hold SHIFT and click on the app icon, then choose Make it like a clean install and try to define distance again.
