I have (2) separate RC projects. The first project I am able to define the distance and scale the model fine after aligning the images during project setup. The second project I am not able to define the distance and no units are available after images are aligned. Both use the same coordinate system & application settings.
I am not sure what to do as I have tried finding help on other posts, but don’t see a problem similar to mine.

your distances are still not defined on both images.
Firstly, you need to place the CPs on the images.
You can use these + signs:
but just check if they are correct on the images.
As you can see there, the CPs are not assigned to the images and the distance is not defined:
Basically, it is the same for second case.
