Default spawn

I want to know why, when I use a 3rd person shooter template project,
I create a new basic level like this:

when I play it, it spawn the 3rd person BP?

default pawn class is empty but even so it spawns:

what is triggering this default spawn when no gamemode?

default gamemode in project settings is a C++ Gamemode that defines the defaults spawn player:
