DeepEXR Output support.

The #1 feature that i wish from RC is to have DeepEXR output support

 

That way even camera transforms could be embedded via metadata inside the EXR and RC would be able to output a camera based contribution of worldspace pointcloud solves where each camera solve exports a deep image exr that already has overlapped contribution of data removed from every other camera.
