Dedicated Server Deterioration over time

I’m running a dedicated server and I’ve noticed that after it being up for several hours, strange things seem to happen. These issues are easily fixed by restarting the UE4 dedicated server application. I don’t have to reboot the hardware itself. Just this UE4 application running in dedicated server mode.

Can anyone shed some light on how to tackle this kind of problem? The server doesn’t take a lot of memory or cpu, just after awhile it needs to be rebooted to keep from acting up.


does memory keep creeping up? like a memory leak? or is there something that is being duplicated over and over that is slowely chewing harder on the cpu?

It doesn’t actually. It uses around 300mb of memory all day. It’s not a very complex server. It also does this when there are no connections.
