Decals run over the player

Hello everyone,
I’m going crazy with a problem with the decals.
I applied some quixy bridge decals on the landscape such as pedestrian crossings and so on.
The problem is that when the player or a car passes, they overlap him instead of remaining fixed.
I’ve searched everywhere but haven’t found any solutions.
I’m using version 5.1/5.2

can you show me maybe with some screenshots how to disable this thing?

Pretty sure that you can select the blueprint, or the skeletal mesh …
and in the details you should have “receive Decals”. turn it off and no decal will ever be on this mesh
