Debug console on game build (C++)

Hey everyone,

Recently, I’ve been playing the game ‘Hob’ that Epic is givingaway this month. When you press the tilde keyboard it shows one of those console commands where it’s pretty obvious its purpose.

I would like to know how can we create that (preferably as the same type) in Unreal using C++. I’m not sure if there’s already an option but I’m pretty sure we’d have to create one but I just don’t reallly know how.
