I am dealing with a bit of an issue, I had created an area, where if I fall on it, I would instantly die and it worked perfectly while running on engine. Then I packaged it and I won’t die, but only on that area, the rest of the traps work as intended. Could that be a bug on packaging? I mean it cannot be something wrong with what I selected if the rest of the traps work.
Have you tried packaging it a second time and checking on the second one? If you do that you could be able to rule out the idea of it being a bug! Otherwise… what about the output log from packaging? Are there any yellow/red colored texts saying there could be something amiss?
@Mind-Brain hey mate! I am not sure if cooking/building the levels affects the overlapping zones somehow, because I surely didn’t move them at all, for example in my case the overlapping area was the same size and thickness as the static mesh, on the same level etc and was working before that. After packaging the first time it wouldn’t even work in the editor and I had to move the overlapping area slightly up and it works almost perfectly, the only issue is that now sometimes I fall of the map because I set simulate physics to no collision.
