Daydream and Mobile Multiview. Right eye remains black

I just updated from UE 4.15 to 4.17 and try to activate the new options Mobile Multiview and Mobile Multiview Direct to target my Daydream application. The splash screen is still properly displayed on both eyes whereas the right camera remains black in each Level.
If I disable this option, both eyes are rendered properly.
I am using a google Pixel to test this.

Did someone experience similar behavior ?

Hi, this is an issue with multiview direct support in Daydream on Android O Pixel 2016. Since Unreal is currently assume multiview direct is always supported in Daydream, it didn’t fallback to multiview non-direct mode correctly when multiview is disabled on Daydream platform. They are working on a fix right now.
