I send an email 11 days ago to the marketplace support and they reply me as they get the email, 11 days later i don’t get any news or reply about this.

We are not seeing any emails on our end that have not been responded to from you. Can you tell me what email you sent the email from and what it pertained to? We can look through our system to see if it is present. Alternatively, if you reply to the email again it should update in our system so we see it.
Sorry my GPU broke the other day and I can’t managed to enter here in a proper way until today. Yeah I send and email and I get the auto bot reply I will try to send the msg tomorrow as new one cause I even replied that one but don’t get reply. Thanks you for the reply here
