Important/Additional Notes:

How to use growing animation with meshes founf in mesh folder?
1. Double click mesh in content folder to see all mesh's materials.

2.Open each material and set bool parameter "Grow" to true
3.In sequencer or blueprint change each material instance scalara parameter "Phase" from 0 to 1 to animate growing.
4.NOTE! For meshes animating grow disable NANITE since Nanite uses the unmasked mesh for self shadowing and shadows
and therefore animated mesh's shadows look faulty when Nanite enabled.
5.You can also just duplicate mesh and it's materials to create new version of the mesh to keep both grow animated and not grow animated versions.
