Hi everyone, I am new to the Engine. I am learning the course “Introducing Revit to Unreal Engine" , I can’t find this UI below.

That looks like a very early version of visual dataprep.
Nowadays if you want to import a model and create a “recipe” of actions to apply to the model you should go and use a Visual Dataprep Asset. You do not edit the Dataprep Scene Asset.
The recipe does not look like what you see in the video as it is a sequence of actions, but you should find similarities in screenshots: preview of content and level, list of filter/operations, etc.
