I’ve managed to save my architectural model in 3ds Max out as a Datasmith file, and import it into the engine, but there is no VR preset in the new Datasmith option.
When I click play, it gives me the option of VR or PC, but when I select VR there’s no navigation.
There are several known issues with the Product Viewer template. Your best bet for right now would be to add the Virtual Reality template to your project. (Content browser -> Add New -> Add Feature or Content Pack…)
