Datasmith Runtime Export

I found out, that datasmith has options to import assets at runtime.
That is nice but will also come runtime export some day?

I have a project, where theater workers can create a scenery in VR.
It is still work in progress and during this process I came to a feature with which the whole projects just makes sense.
The possibility to export the whole (created) scene as a fbx, datasmith or whatever file so the theater workers can import that in their cad programm to start constructing the real scenery.

Is there something planned for datasmith or does someony know any other plugin that can handle these needs?

• your best bet is glTF exporter. It is working at runtime. the only issue is material baking that cannot be performed but you can go around it if you use materials that are coming from editor and not imported at runtime:

• exporting more formats at runtime is on the roadmap but not in the short term
• no plan to export to uDatasmith format and no export to CAD formats.
