I am actually working on a archiviz project and I have to make all my doors animated (user can open it).
Is there a way to preserve the pivot point of my doors? I lost the good pivot point when I import my asset with datasmith.

Datasmith preserves pivots, are you sure the source object has the pivot in the right place? I’d double check that.
Yes in 3ds max I have the pivot on the good place, but when I export my object with datasmith the pivot is elsewhere in unreal. Strange. (I managed the issue with a blueprint…).
Do you get this behavior?
Basically, we read the custom pivot locations from max and store them in the actors. Without more info, its difficult to help you out.
