datasmith not working with live link. There might be some problem with Windows firewall

My twinmotion is not able to connect with 3ds Max using Datasmith. when i try to Sync, Toggle Sync, or Click Connection in Ribbon menu, nothing happens. Please Help

What does the ‘import/Direct link’ pannel of TM indicates you when you have synched? (you have to connect both side max/TM
