Datasmith is not bringing simple animation in correctly from 3dsmax 2019

Hi, I tried 4.22 and 4.23. When you slide the sequencer time sliders sometimes it will fix, but then playing game the animation blows up again. Some things don’t move, some things off in space, or inverted. I have all my objects with xform reset, and pivots aligned to world. Several attempts made 50 hours. Nothing is working correctly. My animation uses objects linked to helpers, some simple wiring to make wheels turn.

Is this working at all? What to do… Sorry pretty frustrated was hoping if I had the max scene really clean would work in UE4.

Any advise very appreciated.
