Is there a plan to allow the datasmith importer in version 4.24 beyond just the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction ‘New Project Categories’? I just updated to version 4.24.3 and realized that datasmith was only showing in the upper toolbar based on projects started in the AEC category. I then reverted back to 4.23 and was able to access datasmith in all categories.
The Datasmith plugin can be enabled on any project type. Just load the project, then navigate to Edit > Plugins > Import, and then enable the relevant Datasmith plugins, and restart the project.
Hey Stephen, that did the trick. I was confused that the plugin was automatically checked for the Architecture platform, but not under Games. I really appreciate the help!
