Hi.
I’ve been trying to install Datasmith Exporter for Navisworks and Revit, but I keep getting the following error for both platforms:
“there is a problem with this windows installer package. a program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. contact your support personnel or package vendor.”
I’m Using Navisworks 2024 and Revit 2023. I’ve installed different versions of both but still not working.
I’ve gone through your article: Twinmotion
I followed all the steps but I couldn’t solve the problem.
Please let me know how I should solve the issue.
