Datasmith does not read files

Hi everyone, why in UE5.5.4 Datasmith from 3DS Studio Max doesn’t work anymore? in UE5 if I import it doesn’t see the files… thanks (WIN 11 24h2)

how to create a new scene tells me:
Unreal Zen Storage Server autostart failed; stopping running service using port ‘8558’ failed

OK. the problem if I export from max to Desktop. I’m sure that with this Win11 24H2 they changed some things …
