Data files like .png and .tga compression allowed?

So there it say, i run into a problem with the ongoing standard 4k textures size for my Marketplace future Submissions.
Let me simple desribe what i mean. One texture with all its submaterials will reach the 120mb size (albedo, ao, rough, scatter, height, normal, sepcular)
so for a pack consits of 40 x 120mb = 4.8gb, and with extra source files 4.8gb (compressed 3.2gb) the main submission files size moves in ranges of 8gb+.
And here is the problem, my DSL bandwith upload stream is 100kb, so i will need over 50+ hours to upload the pack and promise all fine during this time or run at 70%-80% into stuck abort to start again.

Simply idea, is it possible due no injuries sides Epic to optimize the files from 120mb to 5mb lossless but without attributes and metadata???
Can someone tell me something about it maybe from Epic side, i cant find any precise information on this in the Submission Guidelines.

Thanks in Advice

This is your problem, not the file sizes.

But this doesnt answer my question, thats possible by respecting the guidlines of submission to compress the files or not.
Please dont get me wrong, the most people here on marketplace cry for 4k and above textures sizes unrespected by the bandwith of every marketplace creator and its pssiblities to upload 5 day and nights without sleeping while the the powercord burns and the house is in flames.
thats not funny.

You think about your statement.

Why are the thread ratings so low, this is an serious question nobody can’t tell me that he does not have the same problems. Are you all over 50Mbits man glory.
