you will experience strange artifacts like stretching or clipping with certain clothing items as they are intended to use chaos cloth to simulate physics, unfortunately due to the limitations of the metahuman editor, viewing cloth physics is impossible, you will have to assemble your metahuman and add chaos cloth physics to the outfit skeletal mesh , same as you would do for dresses etc on metahumans.
