Darek Dubiniec - 20 - Medieval Houses

A set of 20 low-poly medieval 3D models designed for RTS, strategy, and isometric games. All models use the same hybrid trimsheet texture featuring stone and timber-frame materials. Poly count ranges from 5k to 26k, all assets are scaled at 1:10 and optimized for real-time use, and buildings have no interiors. Ideal for game environments.

The set includes not only standard houses but also a church, an animated windmill, two row houses, a blacksmith, and a gatehouse. Windows feature emissive materials for added visual detail.

All preview images were rendered in Blender using Cycles.

Three types of textures are provided (Blender Cycles, Unity, and Unreal)

Hi Darek,

i really love this models. I’m using them in a medieval game “0.A.D”. The buildings in the game followed a standard collection of buildings. It would be very nice, you would create some more buildings e.g. dock, farmstead, corral, market, stable, barracks and so on. Another idea is to make your models modular. So one can build his own buildings. Maybe you’ll think about this?

Thank you very much

Erhard

This is a really strong medieval asset pack. The consistent trimsheet across all models is a smart choice and makes the set feel cohesive and performance-friendly, especially for RTS and isometric games. I like the range of buildings too — the church, gatehouse, and animated windmill add a lot of character beyond the standard houses.

The emissive windows are a subtle but effective detail, and the Cycles renders do a great job of showing the materials. Having texture setups ready for Blender, Unity, and Unreal is a big plus for developers who want to drop these straight into a project.

Overall, a well-thought-out and very practical pack for medieval game environments. Nice work.
