Damage Power up Help!!!!

so i have currently setup my own system for doing damage and i have a rage ability that multiplies the current basic attack damage float that i have setup but today i implemented a new stat system to increase that basic attack damage so now im running into a problem that the rage ability i have it set the basic attack damage back to the original float right well i want the updated float to be the value so ur stats dont just reset after using your rage attack. ty!
