Damage control over creature spawners?

Does anyone know if there is a way to control how much damage a spawned creature does to the creature spawner, or if we can make the creature’s death apply damage to the creature spawner instead? An example would be having four creatures spawn and having each creature death apply 25% damage to the creature spawner it came from.

Another thing that would be nice, is to have an “On Destroyed” event for the creature spawner. This way if/when the player/s destroy the creature spawner we can use that to trigger an event.
