I’m Mario, a solo developer from Würzburg, Germany, and I’ve been building Dadi Kingdom in Unreal Engine 5.6. The free demo is out now on the Epic Games Store.
What it is
You are the king. Every day your people stand before your throne: a father who stole bread for his kids, a woman who forged a letter, a soldier who took a fallen comrade’s name. You decide their fate: freedom, a fine or the dungeon. Your verdicts change your people’s mood and your gold, and during Early Access more and more of them will come back to help or haunt you.
Then you ride out and defend your realm yourself, with sword, bow and magic, through deserts, trade towns and cathedrals on the cliffs.
