Cut the skin of a static mesh animation

Hi,

I want to simulate a brain surgery in UE4.26. For this I need an animation to cut the skin of my head model.

Now I want to render a blood animation, when the head is cut with a scalpel. Do you have any suggestions for creating this kind of animation?
