So if I wanted to customize my hud instead of a square hud like the ones on the tutorials how would i go about doing that? Something that is shaped differently rather than just a rectangle progress bar. i was thinking that i would have to design my own palette and import to the other palettes? If anyone can point me to the right direct that would be greatly appreciated
Simply make HUD that fits to art and theme of the game, if you figure your principles of art of your game, the way you want to make HUD will come out by it self. Also don’t be shy to use “squere hud” for place-holding just to check your HUD logic, place-holding is very common in game development
