I’m not sure if other sellers on the forum have encountered the same issue, but I am certain that this problem can seriously impact your sales.
My products are still appearing on Discover, but customers cannot proceed to checkout. If you pay close attention, you’ll see a notification on the page that reads: “Some offer is unavailable now, please confirm before purchase.”
I’m not entirely sure what this message means, but it causes the checkout button to be hidden, preventing customers from completing their purchases.
I’m not certain, but this doesn’t seem to be happening to other sellers.
If this is a bug from FAB, I hope they fix it soon, as it significantly affects the revenue of many people.
