Hello, I am a publisher in fab and lately I have noticed that there is a disconnect between the seller and the customer.
I try to reach out to customers that leave reviews on my products but all I can do is reply to their review. Sometimes customers do not sign up to our discord channels so reaching out to them about the updates and fixes regarding their product is somewhat difficult.
Also, today I realized that the forum is somewhat disconnected from Fab, I was not able to see the comments on the forum posts of my products until I signed in to my Epic account in the forums page and checking notifications. Sadly, I missed a customer’s request about their product and now I have a dissatisfied customer that I left unanswered.
I think there should be an easier way to reach out to customers about the product updates and a better way to notify all the product owners.
