Customer has empty files after importing my product

Summary

[Problem] When costumers import the asset with 5.4 or lower, they only receive the folders. There’s nothing inside the folders (see screenshot provided by customer).
5.5 works fine.

[Context] I’m new to Fab and I’ve published my first asset which was originally made in 5.3, and I switched to 5.5 somewhere midway production.
I’ve already contacted Fab Support and they’re still looking into it. They have yet to contact me with further info, but they told me their earlier tests have not shown anything unusual.
I am wondering if other sellers have this same issue.

[Other note]
I saw other posts mention it as well but it’s a shame that you can’t test the published product yourself. However, it’s kind of a relief to me that it’s reported as a bug and not that it’s designed to be like that. I hope the dev team can fix it soon.
In the meantime it means I can’t replicate the import bug myself and have to take my customer’s word for it.

Ok, I checked with the team and the reason that this is happening is the following:

When you created the listing, you uploaded UE 5.5 files and marked the product as compatible with 5.5 AND earlier versions.

The reason the folders are showing up empty for users of earlier versions is that you would also have to have uploaded files created in those earlier versions in order for everything to work correctly.

In order to update your listing to ensure that your customers are not surprised when they go to use the product, please either mark the product as being only compatible with 5.5 or upload additional files that have been created in earlier UE versions. Resubmit the listing after you’ve made any changes and the team will take a look.
