Summary
[Problem] When costumers import the asset with 5.4 or lower, they only receive the folders. There’s nothing inside the folders (see screenshot provided by customer).
5.5 works fine.
[Context] I’m new to Fab and I’ve published my first asset which was originally made in 5.3, and I switched to 5.5 somewhere midway production.
I’ve already contacted Fab Support and they’re still looking into it. They have yet to contact me with further info, but they told me their earlier tests have not shown anything unusual.
I am wondering if other sellers have this same issue.
[Other note]
I saw other posts mention it as well but it’s a shame that you can’t test the published product yourself. However, it’s kind of a relief to me that it’s reported as a bug and not that it’s designed to be like that. I hope the dev team can fix it soon.
In the meantime it means I can’t replicate the import bug myself and have to take my customer’s word for it.
