Customer Account Support - Cant reset account password.

I have been trying to contact Support for over a week now and created a different account to post the question here.

I cant log into my primary Epic Dev Account, I think it got hacked. The password didn’t change, I just cant access it as of a couple weeks ago. I use the “Forgot Password link” to try to have them send me the e-mail to reset it, but I Don’t get an e-mail from them, so I cant reset it. I have checked my spam and junk mail, there is nothing there.

I do however receive their alert e-mails that someone has been making a lot of Log In attempts.

I have used their Support pages, and they wont read the e-mail, they just keep sending me the canned “how to reset password instructions” that I have already done a half zillion times now. I’ve used every other e-mail I could find, Billing for marketplace purchases, other addresses I have found, they all go to robo response e-mails saying nobody is monitoring those addresses. Phone call to support are just messages sending you back to the support pages.

Anyone have any idea what I have to do to get this cleared up? I’m a dev, and I cant purchase or update anything without that account.

Any help would be…helpful.

So that’s it? Nobody knows how to contact support so you can talk to a real person and not a bunch of auto-responders that tell you to go to the website support forum??

Yea me too, simular problem. I have issue is two-factor authentication don’t send secutity code at this mail or spam, but i try reset password at this account for test to see when notification come to mail but no. Problem is support use only auto-responders.

Ok i find where is problem, if you want reset password your mail provider use filter mail and delete but still Epic you need epic support to access your account

I don’t think so, I get e-mail notifications for Log-in attempts from them, just not the reset password email. Of course this would be relatively easy if you can just actually contact them, but apparently they have made it impossible to do that.
