I have been trying to contact Support for over a week now and created a different account to post the question here.
I cant log into my primary Epic Dev Account, I think it got hacked. The password didn’t change, I just cant access it as of a couple weeks ago. I use the “Forgot Password link” to try to have them send me the e-mail to reset it, but I Don’t get an e-mail from them, so I cant reset it. I have checked my spam and junk mail, there is nothing there.
I do however receive their alert e-mails that someone has been making a lot of Log In attempts.
I have used their Support pages, and they wont read the e-mail, they just keep sending me the canned “how to reset password instructions” that I have already done a half zillion times now. I’ve used every other e-mail I could find, Billing for marketplace purchases, other addresses I have found, they all go to robo response e-mails saying nobody is monitoring those addresses. Phone call to support are just messages sending you back to the support pages.
Anyone have any idea what I have to do to get this cleared up? I’m a dev, and I cant purchase or update anything without that account.
Any help would be…helpful.
