I’m creating a custom water shader for a sewage runoff in UEFN and am running into some issues. I got the shader looking great in editor but when I run Fortnite it looks drastically different. I’ve already checked that it is the correct material, and I can edit the refraction and murkiness just fine. But for some reason the color is way wrong and it isn’t showing as translucent as I want. Has anyone run into a problem like this?
I have figured out that it seems to be some sort of lighting issue. When I enable the day night cycle the water appears in editor as it does in game. Is there any reason why Fortnite would be overriding my lighting settings in game but not in editor?
