Custom time for actor on a spline

Is it possible to move an actor on a spline with a custom time?
The actor should always get from one spline point to the next one in 0.3 seconds, (for all the length of the spline of course) no matter how fare the points are on the spline! Thanks guysssss

You use a timeline for that.

Tried already. Basically I record at 0.3 and between point 1 and point 2 for example it should take 0.3, so it would be Time 0.3 Value 1.0 in the Timeline. But the result is still laggy sometimes
