Thank you for the files! I did try them and what Unreal Does is converts them to convex meshes while importing which is not like it looks in Blender(see below picture). The fine convex cylinder does work pretty good with an offset so I may just use this. If you ever figure out how to get the NON-Convex Cylinder to work in UE5 Chaos let me know please.
