Custom Metahuman Blendshapes?

I’m seeing several older posts edging around this topic, is there a newer method with the MetaHuman Character plugin?

Ultimately, I’d like to be able to export the mesh to another DCC like Zbrush/Blender/Maya, make adjustments, and import into a unique controller. I’d like to avoid custom blueprints or rig adjustments, but maybe that’s a pipedream.
